A leading organisation within the Staffing / TES industry is seeking two highly experienced Corporate Sales Executives to drive strategic revenue growth at a national level.
This role isrequires proven senior-level sales capability, with the confidence and credibility to engage, influence, and close at C-suite and executive level across complex organisations.
Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience within the TES industry (non-negotiable)
Demonstrated ability to sell staffing solutions at executive / C-suite level
Strong understanding of South African Labour Legislation and TES operating models
Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and budgetary targets
High level of commercial acumen, numeracy, and proposal costing capability
Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Computer literate (MS Office; CRM exposure advantageous)
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (advantageous)
Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
Drive new business development aligned to regional and national sales strategies
Secure and manage relationships with corporate and enterprise clients
Conduct detailed needs analyses and design fit-for-purpose workforce solutions
Prepare and present commercial proposals, costings, and executive presentations
Build and maintain a robust, high-quality sales pipeline
Identify opportunities within existing client portfolios to grow revenue nationally
Source tender opportunities and support bid submissions
Maintain accurate CRM data and submit sales reports timeously
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Senior, confident, and commercially astute
Comfortable operating under pressure in a high-performance environment
Ethical, self-driven, and highly results-oriented
