The ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years' sales experience in the TES industry and must demonstrate an ability to engage and influence decision-makers at the C-suite level. Responsibilities include new business development, managing client relationships, and presenting commercial proposals. This role demands strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

About the Opportunity

A leading organisation within the Staffing / TES industry is seeking two highly experienced Corporate Sales Executives to drive strategic revenue growth at a national level.

This role isrequires proven senior-level sales capability, with the confidence and credibility to engage, influence, and close at C-suite and executive level across complex organisations.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience within the TES industry (non-negotiable)

  • Demonstrated ability to sell staffing solutions at executive / C-suite level

  • Strong understanding of South African Labour Legislation and TES operating models

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and budgetary targets

  • High level of commercial acumen, numeracy, and proposal costing capability

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Computer literate (MS Office; CRM exposure advantageous)

  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (advantageous)

  • Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development aligned to regional and national sales strategies

  • Conduct detailed needs analyses and design fit-for-purpose workforce solutions

  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, costings, and executive presentations

  • Build and maintain a robust, high-quality sales pipeline

  • Identify opportunities within existing client portfolios to grow revenue nationally

  • Source tender opportunities and support bid submissions

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and submit sales reports timeously

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise cross-selling and upselling opportunities
