A leading construction firm in South Africa seeks an Assistant Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing both Quantity Surveyor and Project Management duties, ensuring effective monitoring of project progress and budgets. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for both Quantity Surveyor and Project Management duties whose role will be active monitoring and managing of the construction projects progress and budgets. This is a 12-month fixed‑term contract. The Assistant Project Manager assumes responsibility for the following aspects of the infrastructure development:
A minimum of 10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management environment.
