You’ll play an important role in helping us grow by building strong talent pipelines and creating a hiring experience that reflects who we are as a company.

• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs
• Connect with candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person conversations, focusing on skills, potential, and overall fit
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and align on what great talent looks like
• Use a structured approach to evaluate candidates and share clear, practical recommendations
• Act as a consistent point of contact for candidates, keeping communication timely, transparent, and respectful
• Track and manage your pipeline activity, staying on top of priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from a variety of backgrounds
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• A self-driven, accountable approach to your work
• A track record of meeting goals and following through on commitments
