Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to manage full lifecycle hiring for healthcare roles in a hybrid setup in Oklahoma. You will develop sourcing strategies, coordinate interviewing, and guide candidates through onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience, healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS (iCIMS/Taleo/Workday) and sourcing tools.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and creative recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process for healthcare positions, from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates through social media, networks, and industry partnerships.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates and leaders, and facilitate communication throughout the process.
• Present and negotiate offers, initiate pre-employment screenings, and support onboarding procedures.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain ongoing relationships with prospective candidates.
• Use recruitment metrics to measure success, optimize strategies, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies and external partners to meet hiring demands.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
