Job summary

System One is seeking a motivated bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for manufacturing and production roles onsite in Tulsa. You will recruit, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage candidate communications in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of recruiting experience, is hands-on, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, production, or high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.
• Proficient with computers, recruiting systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing and production positions.
• Manage high-volume recruiting activities to meet hiring goals and staffing deadlines.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting documentation.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate qualifications.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain timely follow-up.

This position is ideal for someone with 1–5 years of recruiting experience who enjoys connecting with candidates, building relationships, and helping meet high-volume staffing needs.
