Job summary

• Experience supporting hourly or production hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and administrative roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and objectives.
• Build and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract candidates.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Coordinate interviews and provide candidate prep.
