Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations across finance, analytics, planning, and HR. This role leads or supports the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on Workday implementations and collaborates with clients to define requirements and resolve issues.

You will manage workplans, oversee budgets and resources, and mentor on/off-shore teams while applying Workday methodologies to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience, Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Collaborate with the client on new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Assist with year-end reporting and activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/off-shore functional teams.
• Identify risks and approaches to meet client requirements.
