Job summary

Accenture, a global professional services company, is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team. You will lead Workday workstreams, shape project plans, manage risks and budgets, and collaborate with clients on evolving Time Tracking requirements.

You will architect cohesive Workday solutions, advise on industry standards, and mentor on/offshore teams, with travel up to 0–100% as needed.

Qualifications

Workday Partner Certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
Minimum of 1 year of Education or Government experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 6 years of work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
Create workplans for large global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationships.
Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
Work with clients on new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
Configure Workday based on requirement changes; provide ongoing support for Absence/Time Tracking processes and regulatory reports.
Provide status updates to the Project Manager and manage stakeholders.
