Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team in the US. You will lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on large global Workday implementations, shaping workplans, budgets and client relationships.

You will configure Workday, resolve issues, support regulatory reporting and year-end activities, and mentor on/off‑shore teams. Travel 0–100% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• Minimum of 1 year of education or government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years work exp).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements, manage risk, budget and resources.
• Resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Develop Workday configurations based on changing requirements.
• Support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Support year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/off-shore teams.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Architect cohesive Workday Time Tracking solutions and cross-functional impacts.
