Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team. This role focuses on cloud-based data-reporting operations that optimize finance, analytics, planning, and HR functions using Workday.

The ideal candidate will lead Workday Time Tracking/Absence workstreams on global implementations, manage on/offshore teams, and align with Accenture methodologies to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Minimum of 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesive cross-functional impacts.
