Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations. You will guide Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstreams on global Workday implementations, manage risk and budgets, and collaborate with clients to implement new requirements and configurations.

You will lead small teams, provide status updates to project management, and advise on industry best practices while supporting day-to-day Workday processes

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification.
• 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role.
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on and off-shore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
