Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team delivering cloud-based data reporting and Workday implementations. You will lead or support time-tracking workstreams on complex global projects, manage workplans, and mentor on/offshore teams while advising on industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification
• 3+ years consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant or similar level role
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations
• Minimum of 1 year of Education or Government experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
• Manage small on/off-shore functional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesive cross-functional impacts
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
• Provide Project Manager with status updates and keep apprised of overall project status
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
• Support innovation through creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
• Travel may be required; amount varies from 0 to 100% depending on business need.
