Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team. You will lead and shape Workday time tracking and scheduling workstreams within global implementations, manage risks and client relationships, and drive configuration efforts across onshore and offshore teams.

The role requires proven Workday Time Tracking/Absence experience, strong consulting skills, and the ability to advise clients on industry standards while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Minimum of 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large, complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationships, etc.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/off-shore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesion across work streams.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
