Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team. You will lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on Workday implementations and own workplans for large global engagements, including risk and resource management.

You will research and resolve day-to-day Workday issues, configure time-tracking rules, support year-end processes, and oversee on/offshore teams while advising clients on industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• 3+ years of consulting experience, traditionally at Sr. Consultant level.
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• 1 year of Education or Government experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, 6+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with clients to support new requirements in Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling.
• Configure and update Workday according to changes in requirements.
• Provide support for regular Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes and year-end reporting.
• Manage small on/off-shore teams.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
