Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team in the United States. You will lead the Time Tracking/Absence workstream on Workday implementations, collaborating with global teams to define and execute project plans.

The role requires Workday Partner Certification, hands-on experience with Time Tracking/Absence, and the ability to manage on/off-shshore teams while advising clients on industry best practices. Travel may vary by project.

Qualifications

Workday Partner Certification is required.
3+ years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level.
3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
1 year of Education or Government experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years of work experience if no Associate’s Degree.

Responsibilities

Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
Create workplans for large complex global engagements, manage risk, budget and resources.
Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
Support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
Update Workday configurations based on changes in requirements.
Provide support for Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes and regulatory reports.
Assist with year-end reporting and activities in Workday.
Manage small on/off-shore functional teams.
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
Demonstrate design options via prototyping.
Provide status updates to Project Manager.
