Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting that integrates finance, analytics, planning and HR. This role will lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on Workday implementations and collaborate with clients to define requirements and configurations.

Travel may be required (0–100%).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on and offshore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesive work streams.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
• Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on business needs.
