Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team focused on cloud-based data reporting and HR/finance optimization. You will lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on Workday implementations, manage workplans, and mentor cross-functional teams on global engagements.

Travel may be required; you will engage with clients to implement Time Tracking/Absence features, align with regulatory reporting, and drive solutions across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Minimum of 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large, complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/off-shore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesive work streams.
