Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. This fully remote role involves delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and adapting content for diverse audiences.

You will manage new hire, continuing education, and return-to-work training, administer post-training exams, and track outcomes. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years in leadership/training, and strong communication and presentation

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on training program design and materials.
