Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments with virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams. The role emphasizes preparing agents to handle calls and deliver exceptional customer support, with training across new hires and continuing education.

This is a fully remote, temporary position contingent on contract award. Ideal candidates will adapt to diverse audiences and possess strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills, including

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual training sessions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for live and recorded sessions.
• Ability to tailor instruction for audiences with varying experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver new hire and ongoing training programs for contact center staff.
• Coordinate scheduling of training events and manage resources and rooms as needed.
• Administer exams and surveys to assess learner progress and program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and data reporting.
• Collaborate with SMEs to update training content and keep it aligned with goals.
