Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments in a fully remote role. You will deliver virtual training via Microsoft Teams, plan and coordinate sessions, and adapt content for diverse audiences while ensuring learners complete exams and surveys.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership or training experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass a federal background check.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual training sessions using Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual training in a variety of contact center environments.
