The ideal candidate has solid accounting experience, is confident training clients, and excels at turning complex concepts into clear, practical instruction.
- Deliver engaging software training sessions focused on accounting features, including
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Banking & Credit Cards
- WIP (Work in Progress)
- Provide instruction on WIP configuration, job costing, and revenue recognition.
- Translate complex financial processes into easy‑to‑understand guidance for clients.
- Support client adoption through follow‑ups, Q&A, and ongoing communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Implementation) to support client onboarding success.
- Create and maintain training materials and knowledge base articles related to accounting workflows.
- Manage scheduling, communication, and documentation for assigned training sessions.
- Stay informed on new features and contribute to updating training content.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (AR/AP, GL, WIP, job costing).
- Experience delivering live and virtual training; instructional background preferred.
- Clear communication skills and strong customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and explain workflows to clients.
- Previous experience working with accounting systems such as QuickBooks is a plus.
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry is an asset.
- Willingness to travel periodically to client sites across North America.
