Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. The role focuses on delivering virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams, preparing agents to handle calls, and delivering post-training assessments.

This is a fully remote opportunity with potential for contract-based work. Ideal candidates will have strong facilitation skills, experience with diverse learner groups, and the ability to adapt content for federal projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of leadership and/or training experience.
• Federal background check and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience delivering virtual training using Microsoft Teams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute training programs and materials as needed.
• Plan and coordinate training for a variety of audiences.
• Coordinate logistics for instruction events and equipment.
• Maintain records of training activities and program effectiveness.
• Provide production floor support and answer questions.
• Lead focus groups and evaluate training effectiveness.
