Job summary

Maximus seeks experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments, delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and adapting to changing operational needs. You will help ensure agents are ready to take calls and provide exceptional customer support.

This role involves training new hires, ongoing education, and return-to-work sessions, administering exams and surveys, and tracking training outcomes in a remote setting. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of leadership and/or training experience.
• Experience delivering classroom training within the last 5 years.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on design, development and distribution of training materials.
• Plan, conduct and coordinate training for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate logistics for instruction events and prepare workstations.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
• Adapt training to bilingual participants and remote learners.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure training content accuracy.
