Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and be comfortable adapting to different operational needs.

In this role you will train new hires and continuing education participants, administer exams, maintain training records, and report on program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of leadership or training experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a federal background check.
• Experience delivering virtual training via Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work remote with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual training sessions and track learner progress.
• Coordinate logistics for training events and exams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Maintain training records and reports.
• Support diverse learners, including bilingual participants.
