Maximus seeks an experienced Trainer I to deliver remote, virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams for a diverse audience of contact center staff. The role emphasizes adapting content to varied experience levels and roles while ensuring learners grasp essential procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating training logistics, maintaining records, administering assessments, and reporting program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of leadership and/or training experience required.
• Experience delivering classroom training within the last 5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Ability to work remotely with disciplined self-management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual training sessions to diverse audiences via Teams.
• Coordinate logistics for training events and prepare workstations.
• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes.
• Administer exams, surveys and report program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Adapt delivery for multilingual or varied learner needs.
