Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments with virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams. This role ensures agents are prepared to handle calls and deliver exceptional customer support from a remote location.

The position delivers new hire training, continuing education, and return-to-work training to staff at all levels, administers post-training exams and surveys, and reports on training activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of leadership and/or training experience required.
• Experience delivering classroom training preferred; federal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate training for diverse audiences in a contact center environment.
• Administer post-training exams and surveys; track training activity and outcomes.
• Coordinate logistics for instruction events and ensure resources for training sessions.
