Job summary

Forcht Bank is seeking Virtual/OnDemand Tellers to handle customer service-related transactions via two-way video conference. This is not a remote position and requires availability for a variety of scheduling hours.

You will engage customers, process financial transactions, and actively seek opportunities to reference bank products while meeting referral goals. Training will be provided to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service-friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Comfort with video conferencing and digital banking tools.
• Ability to process transactions accurately with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service transactions via two-way video conference.
• Assist customers with cashing checks and deposits during video sessions.
• Sell or refer bank services and be proactive in generating sales leads.
• Support loan and deposit referral goals as part of daily duties.
