Responsibilities

• Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to appropriate business partners.
• Promote strong customer relationships through quality service.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete required compliance training.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Support team and department objectives during the temporary assignment.
