Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Video Teller to enhance the customer experience via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and other electronic channels. The role emphasizes friendly service, relationship building, and timely cross-sell referrals.

You will handle multiple transactions, explain policies, and resolve routine issues while maintaining accuracy. A shift differential may apply; weekend hours could be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 2 years customer service experience.
• Less than 2 years bank-related operational support experience.
• Less than 2 years sales experience and teller experience.
• Less than 2 years computer/tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a professional, friendly manner via video.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and referrals.
• Resolve issues using knowledge of procedures and authority.
• Utilize ITM and electronic channels to facilitate transactions.
• Explain Northwest policies and procedures to customers.
• May require working outside normal hours and Saturdays.
