Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Virtual Banker to provide a full range of bank services via Interactive Teller Machine video technology across branches. You will handle transactions, explain products, and build relationships with video banking customers while identifying sales opportunities.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, confidentiality, and cross-selling bank products in a fast-paced environment. College education is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly including Saturdays.
• Strong sales and product knowledge.
• Teamwork and professional conduct.
• Comfortable using a variety of technology software products.
• Knowledge of bank policies and regulations.
• Flexible schedule in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed standards of service and sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
• Process deposits, transfers, stop payments, loan payments, etc. accurately.
• Provide customers with answers to inquiries regarding a broad range of financial services.
• Uncover banking needs and promote cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Investigate, track, and resolve customer problems promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulations to minimize risk.
• Participate in training to expand knowledge of company and position.
• Exhibit positive team spirit and willingness to help customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
