Job summary

Renasant Bank seeks a Virtual Banker to provide a full range of banking services via ITM live video, serving branches across our footprint. You will handle cashing and deposit transactions, account servicing, and explain products to meet customer needs, while building relationships with video banking customers.

You will identify sales opportunities, including new accounts and loan cross-sell, while maintaining strong knowledge of banking policies and procedures to protect the bank and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, plus a pleasant tone.
• Proven ability to work with others to resolve problems and address needs.
• Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to sell bank products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed performance standards for service and sales while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information according to policies.
• Process customer transactions accurately (deposits, transfers, loans, etc.).
• Answer inquiries about a broad range of financial services efficiently.

• Stay informed on bank policies, products, and regulations.
