Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator (Specialist/Lead) to join a team-focused Subcontracts Team. This role is fully remote within the United States and reports to the Subcontracts leadership.

You will manage full lifecycle subcontract activities, support the VETS sector, and drive strategy for competitive acquisitions. The ideal candidate has CPSR experience, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and proficiency with Deltek CostPoint and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience with CPSR policies and procedures.
• Subcontracting, negotiations, and performance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management for programs.
• Support the VETS sector.
• Develop strategy for competitions and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure subcontract files comply with ATOR and laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership on prime contract requirements.
• Monitor supplier compliance and timely deliveries.
• Resolve supplier performance/quality issues with operations.
• Advise operations leadership on procurement issues.
