Zusammenfassung

GovCIO is recruiting a Senior Subcontracts Administrator (Specialist/Lead) to join a proactive Subcontracts Team. The role is fully remote within the United States, with responsibilities spanning full lifecycle subcontract management and compliance with CPSR, FAR/DFARS, and related policies.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ with a Master's), strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Deltek CostPoint and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or a Masters with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience complying with CPSR policies and procedures.
• Experience in subcontracting with emphasis on negotiation and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting and negotiation techniques.
• FAR and DFARS familiarity.
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP.
• Experience with proposal support activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word).
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
• Multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with executives.

Aufgaben

• Administer full life-cycle subcontract management activities including proposals, NDAs, teaming agreements, solicitations, evaluations, awards and closeout.
• Support the Veterans and Enterprise Technology Solutions (VETS) sector.
• Develop strategy for competitions, negotiations, and managing supplier performance.
• Ensure subcontract files are reviewed and approved per Authority to Operate and contract requirements.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Review prime contracts to flow down documents and clauses.
• Collaborate with leadership to align subcontracting with financial and operational goals.
• Monitor supplier compliance and timely delivery with operations.
• Resolve supplier performance and quality issues with leadership.
• Advise operations leadership on procurement issues and strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
