A prominent staffing agency is looking for a Project Manager to lead environmental and engineering projects in Anchorage and beyond. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, including at least 7 years in environmental or mining consulting. Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, coordinating multi-discipline teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, project planning expertise, and familiarity with project management tools. Occasional travel is expected, and adherence to safety policies is mandatory.
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our expanding Earth and Environment (E&E) Project Management group in the Western United States. WSP is open to the Project Manager being based in any one of our West Coast offices from Alaska to California. The Project Manager will be involved in all stages of a project's life cycle (i.e. Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, and Closure) for consulting services related to earth and environment projects including site characterization and remediation, environmental permitting and compliance, water/wastewater treatment, and mining. Most components of this role will relate to engineering and/or environmental consulting scopes. The role will be focused on technical practice areas in our earth and environment business such as site assessment and remediation, geotechnical engineering, geosciences, surface water and groundwater in aspects of projects ranging from site characterization, permitting and planning, desktop analyses, feasibility studies, research and detailed design. This project management role will work closely with technical managers and ensure the correct delivery of projects within budget and schedule.
