GovCIO is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator (Specialist/Lead) to join our Subcontracts Team. This role is fully remote within the United States and will support the VETS sector.

Responsibilities include end-to-end subcontract management, negotiations, and compliance with contract requirements. Ideal candidates have CPSR experience, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and strong communication skills to interact with executives and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience complying with CPSR policies and procedures.
• Experience in subcontracting, including negotiation, subcontracts administration and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting and negotiation techniques.
• Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with proposal support activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word).
• Strong business acumen, management and leadership skills.
• Multitasking and time-management abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management for programs, including proposal support and negotiations.
• Negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts; manage award and closeout activities.
• Support Veterans and Enterprise Technology Solutions (VETS) sector.
• Develop strategy for competitions and manage subcontractor performance.
• Ensure subcontract files comply with Authority to Operate and all contract requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align with prime contract requirements.
• Monitor supplier compliance and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Resolve supplier performance and quality issues with operations leadership.
• Advise operations on procurement issues and strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
