Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator (Specialist/Lead) to join our Subcontracts Team. This role is fully remote within the United States and focuses on end-to-end subcontract management for programs including VETS.

You will negotiate terms, manage proposals, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, CPSRs, and customer requirements while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to drive on-time delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years experience or Master’s with 6+ years experience.
• Experience with CPSR policies and procedures.
• Experience in subcontracting, negotiation, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting and negotiation techniques.
• Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP.
• Experience with proposal support activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management for programs, including proposal support and award activity.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, and manage subcontractor performance.
• Ensure subcontract files comply with Authority to Operate and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align subcontracting with prime contracts.
• Monitor supplier compliance and resolve performance and quality issues.
• Advise operations leadership on procurement strategies.
