Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our Subcontracts Team. The role is fully remote within the United States and involves lifecycle subcontract management, negotiations, and compliance with CPSR, FAR and DFARS.

You will support the VETS sector, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and advise leadership on procurement strategies while ensuring timely subcontract closure and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience complying with CPSR policies and procedures.
• Experience in subcontracting, negotiation, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management for programs within assigned operations.
• Support the VETS sector and develop strategy for competitions and supplier performance.
• Review subcontract files for compliance with policies, laws, and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to meet prime contract objectives.
• Monitor supplier delivery, resolve performance and quality issues with operations.
• Advise operations leadership on procurement issues and strategies.
