Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four+ years in sales engineering or consulting
• Complete technical understanding of Relativity
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred or achievable within 3 months
• Relativity Master status preferred or achievable within 18 months
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Ability to multitask and self-manage workload
• Experience with Legal Data Intelligence solutions

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Relativity’s efforts to acquire and grow accounts through virtual and in-person technical sales consulting
• Drive partner engagement by creating presentations and training content for partner-centric programs
• Lead product demonstrations, manage Proof of Concept projects, and address prospect questions
• Collaborate with Partner Account Executives and internal teams to support RFx, risk assessments, and proposal writing
• Deliver feedback to Product Management based on market trends and customer input
• Create documentation, presentations, and demonstrations to educate clients on Relativity functionality
• Attend and present at industry events to showcase product expertise and trends
• Develop expertise in Relativity’s Extend products, such as the aiR suite
• Maintain Relativity Security posture to support annual risk assessments
