Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to drive technical sales consulting with partners, lead complex requests, and mentor junior staff. You will articulate Relativity's value, deliver demos, respond to RFxs, and help close opportunities while maintaining exceptional client experience.

You will collaborate with account executives, build partner materials, support PoCs, capture requirements, and contribute to product feedback.

Qualifications

Experience supporting legal data intelligence solutions.
Strong understanding of Relativity product suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
RCA certification preferred or ability to pass within 3 months.
Relativity Master status preferred or ability to obtain within 18 months.
Proven technology skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead technical sales consulting with partners to grow accounts.
Create and maintain partner-centric material and trainings.
Act as SME in sales calls and demos; assist with or lead POC projects.
Collaborate with partner teams; support sales readiness and onboarding.
Support RFx, risk assessments, and TPRA best practices.
Provide product feedback to PM based on market trends and deployments.
Create documentation, presentations, and demos to educate clients on Relativity.
Develop expertise in Relativity’s Extend products and security posture.
