Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to drive technical sales engagements, mentor junior staff, and act as a Relativity evangelist for partners and customers in the United States. You will lead complex requests, craft demonstrations, and collaborate across partner programs.

You will train and support field teams, manage Proof of Concepts, and help shape product feedback while advancing Relativity’s security posture and Extend product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four+ years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.
• Experience supporting Legal Data Intelligence solutions.
• RCA certification strongly preferred; ability to pass within 3 months.
• Relativity Master status preferred; ability to obtain within 18 months.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Relativity’s efforts to acquire and grow accounts through virtual and in person technical sales consulting.
• Proactive partner engagement: drive agendas, create presentations, and maintain partner-focused materials for technical sales trainings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert; participate in sales calls and product demonstrations; lead Proof of Concept projects and address prospect questions.
• Act as liaison to Relativity’s partner-centric teams; support sales readiness programs and onboarding of Partner Account Executives.
• Support RFx and third-party risk assessment workflows; capture requirements; collaborate on sales proposals detailing Relativity’s solutions.
• Intake and communicate product feedback to product management; develop content and attend industry events to showcase Relativity expertise.
• Demonstrate and maintain expertise in Relativity product suite; pursue Relativity Certifications and Extend products like aiR suite.
• Develop expertise in Relativity’s security posture and contribute to annual risk assessments.
• Understand Relativity’s sales strategy and conduct effective discovery to identify pain points; collaborate with account execs to address partner needs.
