A leading payroll and HR solutions provider is seeking an Implementation Specialist to configure and deliver services for clients using the UKG Ready platform. This fully remote role requires 3-5 years of payroll or HRIS implementation experience. The candidate will work closely with sales and internal teams, ensuring a seamless implementation experience, maintaining data integrity, and providing client training. The Implementation Specialist (IS) is responsible for configuring, testing, and delivering Payroll Office of America (POA) products and services for new and existing clients utilizing the UKG Ready platform. This role partners closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure a high-quality implementation experience, including data integrity, client training, and successful product adoption. The Implementation Specialist will also perform other duties as assigned by the Implementation Manager.
The expected pay range for this position is $24.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.
