Job summary

Worksoft Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to join our global sales team, acting as the senior technical advisor for prospects, customers, and partners. You will lead complex technical sales cycles, tailor demonstrations, and map customer requirements to Worksoft solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise software, test automation, and experience engaging executives from end users to CIOs. Travel up to 50% is expected. Remote US-based work option available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering selling enterprise software solutions.
Proven track record of contributing to revenue achievement in complex B2B software sales.
Strong technical foundation with extensive test automation or enterprise application experience.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discoveries and deliver demonstrations to audiences from end users to C-level executives.
Serve as primary technical liaison with enterprise prospects and partner ecosystem.
Build and maintain strategic technical and business relationships within customers and partners.
Understand and communicate product information, strategy, and competitive positioning.
Lead technical input for complex RFI/RFPs and develop winning proposal strategies.
