Job summary

Worksoft is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to join our US-based sales organization. You will lead complex technical sales cycles, demonstrate Worksoft's automation solutions, and translate enterprise requirements into winning proposals for SAP, Oracle, and other ERP customers.

You will build strategic relationships with prospects and partners, travel up to 50%, and collaborate with product teams to map customer needs to concrete Worksoft outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering selling enterprise software.
• Proven revenue achievement in complex B2B software sales.
• Strong technical foundation with test automation or enterprise apps.
• Enterprise experience with deals $500k+ ACV.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discoveries and deliver compelling demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with prospects and partners.
• Build strategic relationships within customer and partner ecosystems.
• Communicate product strategy and competitive positioning clearly.
• Develop deep product expertise and map requirements to solutions.
• Explain complex concepts concisely for business and executives.
• Lead RFI/RFP efforts and craft winning proposals.
• Set expectations to ensure customer success during sales cycles.
• Transition information to implementation teams post-sale.
• Support deal strategy and revenue achievement through technical excellence.
