You will create core routing engines, develop scalable backend services in Java/Spring Boot, and work with distributed architectures and cloud-native technologies.

Competenze
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications.
- Expert-level Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, security, and performance engineering.
- Experience with routing for contact centers or CX platforms.
- Knowledge of ACD concepts, queues, skills, and workload balancing.
- Experience with relational databases and cloud-native engineering.

- Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time routing of voice and digital interactions.
