Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build a next-generation interaction routing platform for enterprise-scale contact centers. You will develop core routing engines that intelligently distribute voice and digital interactions in real time, using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.

You will implement robust routing algorithms, ensure high availability and low latency, and collaborate with product, architecture, and CX platform teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications.
• Expert-level Java and Spring Boot, REST APIs, persistence, security, and performance engineering.
• Experience with routing for contact center or CX platforms and knowledge of ACD concepts, queues, and skill-based routing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time routing of voice and digital interactions.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, and business rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance across routing paths and workloads.
• Design and maintain APIs for routing configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration.
• Translate requirements into components, flows, deployment views, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with CX domain experts to translate operational needs into routing capabilities.
