Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale CX operations. You will develop core routing engines for real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, and channels.

The role focuses on Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, event-driven patterns, and cloud-native technologies, collaborating with product, architecture, and CX platform teams to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with ownership of architecture and delivery for distributed applications.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, persistence, security, testing, and performance engineering.
• Experience building routing logic for contact center, CX platforms, or customer engagement systems.
• Knowledge of ACD concepts, queue management, skill-based routing, and workload balancing.
• Strong API-first design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, and business rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance across routing paths and workloads.
• Design and maintain APIs for routing configuration, administration, and monitoring.
• Translate business requirements into technical components, deployment views, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with CX domain experts to align routing capabilities with operational needs.
• Establish engineering standards, reusable patterns, and quality gates.
