Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will craft core routing engines handling voice and digital interactions in real time using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures.

The role emphasizes scalable backend services, API-driven configurations, high availability, and integration with telephony, CRM, and analytics systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications.
• Expert-level hands-on Java and Spring Boot, REST APIs, security, testing, and performance engineering.
• Experience building routing logic for contact center, CX platforms, or similar engagement systems.
• Knowledge of ACD concepts, queue management, skill-based routing, and workload balancing.
• Experience with API-first design, event-driven architectures, messaging, and cloud-native engineering.
• Relational database experience (e.g., PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with CX platforms and routing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to document and lead client-facing workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines that distribute voice and digital interactions in real time.
• Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, availability, and business rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance across routes and workloads.
• Design and maintain APIs supporting routing configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration.
• Optimize systems for concurrency, fault tolerance, and predictable performance.
• Integrate routing services with telephony, digital messaging, CRM, identity, reporting, and analytics.
