Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our growing organization. This role requires expertise in MS Project and experience managing complex schedules while partnering with stakeholders to ensure program execution.

You will lead development of baselines, analyze performance, prepare senior leadership reviews, and mentor teams in EVMS and scheduling processes. This is a full-time remote opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Experience with EVMS and DoD programs with EVM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor program teams in EVMS scheduling processes and tools.
• Coordinate with IPT leads across multiple locations and ensure EVMS compliance.
