Saab, Inc. seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support its growing organization. This role is eligible for full-time remote work and requires strong MS Project and EVMS expertise. You will lead cost/schedule baselines, analyze performance, and present to senior leadership while mentoring program teams across locations.

You will coordinate with IPT leads, ensure EVMS compliance, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor PM teams in program management tools and processes.
