Saab AB is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our growing organization. This role is fully remote and requires strong MS Project skills with proven success in managing complex schedules and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities include developing baselines, analyzing performance, mentoring PM teams, and ensuring EVMS compliance across multiple locations. Salary ranges vary by location and are complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor program teams in PM tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedule data into program data.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
• Ensure EVMS compliance through audits.
• Coordinate and deliver timely program milestones and WBS/IMS for proposals.
